Subscription Terms

Placeholder document. This page sets out the structure and intent of the policy. The final wording must be reviewed and approved by HMA and its legal advisors before launch.

1. Plans and pricing

HMA memberships are billed monthly in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Current plans are listed on the subscription page.

2. Billing and renewal

Your subscription starts on the day payment is successfully processed.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
If a payment fails, paid features are suspended until payment succeeds.

3. Upgrades and downgrades

You may change plans at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately; a downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

4. Cancellation

Cancel at any time from your account. Your membership stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew.

5. Suspension for breach

If your account is suspended or removed for breaching our terms or community standards, your subscription may be terminated without refund.

6. Price changes

We will give you reasonable advance notice of any price change. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
