1. Adults only

HMA is an adult matchmaking service available only to persons aged 18 and older. By registering you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Accounts belonging to persons under 18 are removed immediately and permanently and cannot be reinstated by any member of staff.

2. Purpose of the service

HMA is a matrimonial and matchmaking service intended for adults seeking a serious, committed relationship or marriage. It is not a casual dating or hook-up service.

3. Your account

• Provide true, accurate and current information, including your date of birth.
• Do not impersonate anyone or create a profile on someone else's behalf without authority.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person.

4. Member conduct

You may not harass, threaten, defraud or discriminate against other members, post explicit or unlawful content, solicit money, or use HMA for commercial purposes. Breaches may result in suspension or permanent removal.

5. Subscriptions

Paid features require an active subscription billed monthly in South African Rand. Subscription details are set out in our subscription terms and refund policy.

6. No guarantee of outcome

HMA facilitates introductions. We do not guarantee that you will find a partner, and we are not responsible for the conduct of members offline. Always exercise caution when meeting anyone in person.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, our community standards, or applicable South African law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
